After installing ios13.6 my new iPhone disconnected from WiFi and no WiFi symbol appears and I cannot connect

How do I fix my iPhone not connecting to WiFi after I installed ios13.6

The specialist at Pittsburgh store fixed my phone problems, turns out it was an App trying to download a update that kept trying and trying to no avail, once she deleted the App my phone connected to WiFi.

I have done all the troubleshooting I can including a complete erase and reboot, to setup iPhone afterwards I was forced to download and install iOS 13.6 as soon as it installed my wifi was gone,,, now I am on hold with Apple. Thanks
