I just bought an iphone pro 11 and since i was still waiting to receive the protective cover, I went out putting the iphone in my bag, protected by some velvet material. Unfortunately, when i came back home, there was a crack on the glass of the back. Do you know if i can do something with apple assistance/warranty?

Did you purchase AppleCare plus?
The regular limited warranty will not cover accidental damage.

Apple will run a diagnostic on the device looking for existing damage. I have no idea if broken glass can be detected. Best to reach out to them.
Yes, i will go to an apple shop today. I just put it in the bag, it didn't fall, so maybe there was already something wrong with the device? or are they so delicate? this is my first iphone, i always used android phones (samsung or huawei).
Hope i can do something with it.
