Complaint about MacBook Pro

I purchased MacBook Pro 13 inch with 512GB just one month back. The very next day itself it started heating up inspite of not installing other apps. The fan sound is terrible. I could not take back the laptop to the same store where I bought it (Imagine istore, Alwarpet, Chennai) due to lockdown. So,I took it to the nearby apple care centre (iplanet, Selaiyur, Chennai) and asked them to rectify it. They took it for service and after five days it was returned to me saying that the problem was rectified and hereafter , the laptop will not get heated. After coming back home, when started using, again I am facing the same issue. It is really annoying. What do I do next?

You can try the following (however I am sure that the repair center also tried)- You may even go directly to step 5 if you like at any time.

  1. Reset SMC by following the directions applicable to your MacBook here ➔ How to Reset SMC. If that does not solve things then-
  2. Reset NVRAM/PRAM by following the directions applicable to your MacBook here ➔ How to Reset NVRAM/PRAM. If that does not solve things then-
  3. Enter ➔ Safe Mode and see if the screen issue still exists in Safe mode. Log out of Safe Mode and then reboot computer. If that does not solve things then-
  4. Finally if none of the above works then you can enter ➔ macOS Recovery Mode and reinstall the macOS and see if that solves it.
  5. If none of the above works then take it back to the service center and have them check it out again.
