FaceTime cuts off

FaceTime cuts out after 1 minute, however it happens on two ipads, iPhone and and iMac. It is only with one person that this happens, however she does not get the same problem with other people who contact her on FaceTime.

Hi,

FaceTime is supposed to adjust the Picture and Frame Rate to suit the slow Internet speed in a connection, particularly when the Mac is the Device you are using.

I would do Speed Test whilst the Video call is going on

This is likely to show a speed lower that what your Service Provider states but this is because you are using some of it.

It is likely to show any variances going on during the chat which might cause it to drop to a point where it drops the call.

This will only apply to your end.

They will have to do their Own Speed test
