Edit Memories on Mac for custom duration like on ios
Is there any way to edit the memories on Mac OS like we can on iPhone ? Like selecting the photos, title, music, etc ?

No, it is not possible in Photos for Mac, probably because the Mac offers slideshow projects, which are missing in Photos iOS. On the Mac we can only change the name of the memory, by editing the title. We can change the mood and the duration, but we cannot change the collection of Photos, see View memories in Photos on Mac - Apple Support
If you want to customise a memory on the Mac, you can recreate it with a different selection of photos.
- Select all photos in the Memory with ⌘A, then create a new album from the selected photos with ⌘N.
- Now arrange the photos in the album as you like it, select the album in the sidebar, then click Show as Memory.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the photos, then click Add to Memories.
