Still need assistance
Some how this week my Apple ID was erased or the 2nd or 3rd tier rep said there was maintenance on it??? The tech person fixed that part where my Apple ID is now fine, but my iTunes had been disabled and I couldn’t hold on any longer because I had to work this morning and somehow I got disconnected and no one called me back. I am attempting to pick up where I left off this morning. Would someone please help me get ITunes reactivated please.
