Why is Other taking up 29 GB on my iPhone 6 I only have 32 GB

Just in case you are unable to update your iPhone 6, due to lack of space (due to this "Other" stuff that's taking up so much space):

Follow the procedures for backing up (you probably did, already, in preparing to update).

Erase your iPhone.

Restore from backup.
