Hi
Yesterday I receieved a message on Instagram stating an attempt to login was made. I was confused but then i created a new password. later that day i received an email that my Google Account has also been loged in. Then i also changed password. Im really scared!
Is there a way how can i contact Apple about this and help me secure my Device better please.

From you description, it sounds like your Instagram and Google account were the issue. Those should have separate email and password logins from any of your AppleID related accounts, and it shouldn't affect your apple account.
If you don't already, you should make sure to have two-factor authentication enabled on all you account everywhere. This could be a good reminder to check up on stale/insufficient passwords also.
