What you do if the settings app Freezing When Trying to Reset Network Settings?

We understand that you're trying to reset Network Settings on your device but the Settings app is becoming unresponsive when you attempt to do so. We can see why you'd reach out about this; we can help. Although you've already tried restarting your device we'd suggest trying these steps first:

• Close the Settings app: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
• Restart your iPhone
• Try again to use Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If the Settings app continues to become unresponsive, we'd suggest reinstalling iOS to your device. First, be sure you have a current backup: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Next, use the steps titled "Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again" in the following resource. These steps will remove the iOS currently installed and replace it with a fresh copy, so be sure to closely follow step four and choose to "Update" in order to prevent data loss: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
