Unable to download any apps on my Mac

Hey guys,

I just want to know if anyone knows how to fix the error message

"we could not complete your purchase"

"(null) can't be installed on "untitled" because OS X Version 10.13 or later is required"

apps can't installed i recently updated the OS X El captain version 10.11.6 when ever i click on get and instal its show me (null) can’t be installed on “macintosh” because OS X version 10.12 or later is required.

You need to upgrade your Mac to macOS version 10.13 or higher.
