iPod nano and Catalina

I have an iPod nano and a MacBook with Catalina. After connecting the ipod and entering the Finder, I can't sync anything. After selecting, for example, "Sync Audiobooks", the "apply" button is inactive. Besides, in "general" the software info keeps loading and doesn't show up.

Try updating to macOS 10.15.6 to see if it resolves your problem.
