If I have 1 port with original power adapter, and the other 3 full loaded with lots of usb devices, HDMI, RJ45, hubs, hub on another hub for more usb devices.....
1.will this cause any damage to battery and the 16'' MacBook Pro?

As long as the devices are not drawing too much power you'll be fine. You could use a powered hub if needed.
I suppose you're answering to my 2nd question which I removed.
So back to the first question, could this damage my 16'' MacBook pro and battery in all situations, as I don't know what to determine the you said "too much power"
as long as I'm not getting the message "drawing too much power" then battery is just fine?
At some point you'll add too many devices and they will draw too much power for the battery to handle.
It is difficult to keep on track and make the thread work if you delete portions of your question.
