Configured HP Envy Printer with Macbook, but not able to print simple text file with Black Ink

Hi All,

I am using MacBook and the current OS is MacOS Catalina 10.15.6.

I have configured HP Envy 5020 printer with the MacBook. I am able to print color prints but while I am trying to print simple text files from Word don nothing is printing.

Any help?

Is it just Word that you're not able to print text from?

Have you tried resetting the printer system as described in this Apple document: If you can't print from your Mac or iOS device - Apple Support
