Phone doesn’t turn on, screen freezes on apple logo

Dear apple, There is a problem with one of my devices. My iPhone XR is having trouble turning on since yesterday in the night, the screen shows the apple logo as it tries to turn on but it freezes there. I have tried to restart the phone and when it does the same happens and it stays on the apple logo. When I connect the device to my MacBook it doesn’t even appear on iTunes. I would like to know what I can do? Thanks in advance for your help.

With your iPhone being stuck on the Apple logo and never fully starting, let's have you look over and complete the steps in the "If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up" section of If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen as it has some specialized steps that you can complete to take care of the parts where you need a computer.

Let us know what you find out when you get those steps completed.
