So I have been playing Stardew Valley on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, and I wanted to play it on my iPad Pro and just switch back and forth.

Do you know if the game accesses your profile from GameCenter, because if so, they you should've have any problem playing it from various devices logged in.
Then be sure that the game data is considered part of your backup - Settings > Name > iCloud > locate the game from the list of apps using iCloud, then turn on.
