green screen

I dropet my phone in water for a few sec. i have no cracks on my screen or anywhere. after a few min it turned green and started to flicker. What can i do to fix it? do i have to have it on a service ?

Visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess the iPhone and advise you how to proceed.
