Hey Apple, please let me LEAVE BLUETOOTH OFF UNTIL *I* TURN IT BACK ON! Stop turning it back on after a day when I use the quick buttons to turn it off!

Open Settings ➔ Bluetooth ➔ Set this to OFF. Now Bluetooth will not turn ON until YOU turn it ON.

This is the expected behaviour from Control Center. They are not called quick buttons.
