Receiving emails TO an address that doesn't exist.

I am receiving emails addressed TO (Not from) aol and yahoo email addresses that are not mine. They have my name but the accounts do not exist. How do I stop them?

As I have my account linked across all my Apple devices I have this problem on all of them.

My problem is with Mail.

I can't find either options in the pull down menus below.

MacBook Air 11″, macOS 10.13
