Watch stuck on Erase All Content and Settings.

My watch is stuck on Erase All Content and Settings. I restarted it and tried to erase. But again reaching in same section. Can anyone help to clear this issue.

Watch stuck on Apple and erase all contents My watch started looking like it was going crazy 2 days ago. the screens were continually changing. Now I only see the apple or the erase all content screen. I have tried the hard reset, I have tried to check the x for do not cancel and I have tried to check the check mark to erase all content. A couple of times I see a large circle around the apple which looks like it is loading. Then back to apple. Have charged it, etc. Is this able to be fixed?
