iPhone 11 replacement

So went to the Apple store they told me they would ship the replacement phone overnight which was a lie. So anyways I had to call the customer service to order it than I had to do it online and they charged my card but I’ve never got a tracking number. It’s been 3 days now. What do I do? Call the customer service and wait on the line for another 2 hours?
