iCloud

I had just deleted 100+ videos on my iPhone XR, meaning I permanently deleted it (Deleted and went to deleted and delete once again). Right after I got a notification that my iCloud that my storage is full, and I have the 50GB plan. I’m very confused, did I do something wrong? Does deleting videos decrease the amount of storage in my iCloud?

That's because iCloud Photos is still turned on per the screenshot. You may also wish to look at this as well - Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support.
