iCloud+ storage isn’t changing after I deleted thousands photos and videos

i bought the 50GB then it filled up really fast so I cleaned my photos and videos I deleted thousands and I also deleted them from recently deleted album and I deleted some apps but it didn’t change it was at 46.1GB and it still is , I want to get back to free 5GB

Navigate to Settings > General > iPhone Storage there you will see how much storage is being used on your device as well as how many gigs may be needed to upload to iCloud.
