BluetoothSystem Error bluetoothd:deny (mach-lookup com.apple.server.bluetooth)

Hi,

I'm seeing a lot of BluetoothSystem Error bluetoothd:deny (mach-lookup com.apple.server.bluetooth) any ideas about this?

Here is a copy of my "console" and "/var/log/system.log"

I have chosen to turn "off" my bluetooth connection because I didn't want all the wireless going on especially if I'm not using it...

Here are my system specifications:

  • Model Name: MacBook Pro

  •   Model Identifier: MacBookPro11,3

  •   Processor Name: Quad-Core Intel Core i7

  •   Processor Speed: 2.8 GHz

  •   Number of Processors: 1

  •   Total Number of Cores: 4

  •   L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB

  •   L3 Cache: 6 MB

  •   Hyper-Threading Technology: Enabled

  •   Memory: 16 GB

  •   Boot ROM Version: 162.0.0.0.0

  •   SMC Version (system): 2.19f12

Got any ideas why ALL these errors show up (about 188+) in a matter of 1:00 hr?

Thanks!

Asher

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, idasuperman.

If we understand your post correctly, you are seeing kernel panics on your Mac that mention Bluetooth connections. We’d like to help.

First, try these steps:

Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference

If you're still experiencing this issue start with these resets:

How to reset the SMC of your Mac

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac

If this issue continues after those resets, let's do some testing to narrow down the issue.

Safe mode will tell us if the issue is related to a startup item or plugins, and sometimes corrects the issue. This article will tell you how: How to use safe mode on your Mac

If everything is working correctly in safe mode, but is not working when you get back to your user account, please check the section titled "If the issue doesn't continue in safe mode" for the next troubleshooting steps.

If the issue continues while in safe mode, a test user will let us know if the issue is isolated to your account, or system wide: How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac. If the issue happens in the test user also, then please check the section titled "If the issue happens in the other account."

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. Take care.
