The ear speaker on my XR is not working. I have tried cleaning with rubbing alcohol, turning off phone noise cancellation, and turning on hearing aid compatibility. When I turned on hearing aid compatibility, I had very soft sound come through, but nowhere near the volume that it should be. Please let me know if you have any other ideas.
