The fundamental problem is that you have accumulated too much clutter. "Clutter" in this context is stuff that is perfectly good, but you do not happen to need at the moment, like things that are (or should be) put away in the attic.

You have many items that are unnecessary on a daily basis, and some that are YEARS out of date.

Before you reach for yet another useless App said to 'remove junk', let me assure you such apps will do nothing for you except throw away cached stuff, and slow down your Mac.

What is likely to be most effective is a Full backup and fresh install of only the most essential items, leaving behind things that are not REQUIRED on a daily basis. Users who have done this transition successfully have followed the rule "not more than one new addition per day, unless something else is removed".

Specific to your installation, you are running TWO Hypervisors, both Parallels desktop AND VirtualBox, a feat not attempted by even the hardest of hard-core developers under extremely unusual circumstances.

Your rotating magnetic drive is running very slow at six minutes, and may be on its last legs. You should be shopping NOW for an SSD to replace it, (≥500-ish GB SSD drive).
