My friend sent me $300 on Apple Pay. I cannot accept this payment because I have no ID to verify myself. The money was already taken from his bank. I went to my transactions and the payment doesn’t show up there for me to send it back. How do I get him his money back?

He can cancel it from his end. Have him see the following from Send and receive money with Apple Pay - Apple Support
How to cancel or dispute a payment
If you don't see Cancel Payment, the person has already accepted the payment. Try asking the recipient to send the money back to you instead.
It can take 1-3 business days for the money to be refunded, depending on your bank or card issuer.
