Nissan Versa Note Bluetooth Issue

Recently, I purchased a 2019 Nissan Versa Note and connected my iPhone 11 through Bluetooth. I noticed that when I’m skipping songs it’ll cause the car’s radio to reboot. I tested with Spotify and Apple Music and occurred with both apps. I connected my husband’s non-iPhone phone to the car and the issue didn’t occur. I also connected my phone through USB and the issue didn’t occur, leading me to believe it’s an issue with my phone and it’s Bluetooth connection. Has anyone experienced this or have a solution?
