HDMI monitor lose rotations setting after waking system up about 1 times of 3

After upgrading to macOS Catalina I'm getting weird behavior. One of my monitors connected via HDMI dongle doesn't keep rotation setting anymore (-270 degrees). Also sound doesn't play through another monitor after waking system up. Another monitor is connected directly via usb-c until I change output devoice several times.

Do you have any idea how to fix it? I can live sounds issue but monitor issues is pretty annoying.

Macbook pro 15 2017. Everything was working perfectly before upgrade.

Thanks.

It looks like I fixed it by changing monitor input from HDMI to DVI. Same cable, same dongle, same monitor plus a hdmi to dvi adapter. Also this fixed sound issue since the monitor connected through the hdmi to dvi adapter doesn't detected anymore as a sound output.

Also noticed that I cannot rotate more than 1 monitor. I don't need it but just saying.
