Safari Extensions. Safe or unsafe?

I have noticed a couple of Safari extensions recently that I have no knowledge of. SystemWalk and ManagerCommand. I have no idea what they are or do and whether they are legitimate. I can't find anything when I search google. Can anyone help?

ManagerCommand has recently put itself into my computer several times. I will be on YouTube or wherever through Safari, and it will close and reopen, opening the extensions page with ManagerCommand there after I had removed it previously. It will then close and reopen until I catch it while it’s not open to put the application in the trash and empty the trash. This has happened several times now and is very concerning, so I doubt that it is legitimate, for it would not be opening things on its own and closing applications I opened if it were.
