Windows Support Software not available on the server

I'm trying to fix a bootcamp install that has no sound. One possible fix is to install the latest bootcamp software. Following Apple's directions I should be able to download the software using the Action menu in Boot Camp Assistant. I keep getting this error message, "Can’t install the software because it is not currently available from the Software Update server." Does anyone have a fix? MBPro16, 2019 running 10.15.6. Thanks.
