I can not get the 13.6 to install to a new 5th generation mini ipad. please help

If the issue still persists, try to update it using iTunes or Finder on a computer

What version of iOS/iPadOS is currently installed on your iPad?

Are you attempting to update using OTA via Settings, or by using a PC/Mac and iTunes?

What errors do you see when you try to update?
