FaceTime video
I only have the FaceTime video call feature and not FaceTime audio calls. Why?

That looks like the Phone App looking in Favourites and then a single Contact.
It is most likely to show you only the History of the last Call.
Try using Recents and the "i" icon to see what else this Contact can do. The app will Poll the Server and it may take a few minutes to show all their capabilities as being Active.
They will also change such as thier iPhone cgoing out of Range or running out of Power or in fact just being Busy.
