iPad Pro 11" (2020) numbers and emoji keys swapped.

Back with iOS 12, apple switched the iPad emoji and number keys. After users reacted, they almost immediately swapped it back.

The last time this subject was posted (at least as far as I could search), there was one answer, that it was hard coded in iOS and apple clearly intended it that way.

I have an iPad Pro 9.7 inch, and this new 11" 2020 model, both running iPad OS 13.6, and those keys are swapped on the new iPad. (emoji on the left of numbers on the new iPad, emoji on the right of numbers on the older one).

Is there a fix for this?
