follow up to last post

I signed out of icloud, restarted phone and now trying to sign back in to icloud. It's been on the signing in screen for 1/2 hr. Very frustrated!

Try restarting the device - Restart your iPhone - Apple Support OR Force restart iPhone - Apple Support.
