why my iphone 11 pro max do not allow for Dual SIM. and also no Dual SIM card tray

I purchase the phone from Jewel Changi, and now a realized that do not have Dual Sim Tray.


am now in taiwan. how can i use two mobile number in one phone?

Where was this phone purchased?


Only iPhone 11 sold in China feature dual physical sim support.

In Macao and Hong Kong, only iPhone 11 Max Pro supports physical dual sims.


iPhones sold anywhere else in the world, will have one physical sim card slot and one eSim.


You can use the eSim with supported carriers for a secondary number. in Taiwan the following carriers support eSim:

Taiwan

APT

Chunghwa Telecom

FarEasTone

Taiwan Mobile
