iPhone 11 night mode camera won’t work well

Why my iphone 11 night mode camera won’t working well. I try to take pitch black with 30s exposure. Yet i only get a really pitch black

iPhone 14 plus front camera not working. Brand new just got the phone yesterday, set everything up then saw the front camera wasn’t working it’s just a black screen, I tried resetting it, reset the settings, flipped the camera, closed app, everything that was recommended to me and it still doesn’t work
