How much to replace an iPhone 8+ charge port

Good afternoon all!

my charge port has developed a fault and is out of warranty so I was wondering how much would it cost for Apple to replace it?

I was thinking this would be around £100-150 but am I well off the mark here?

i want the phone fixed because I’m upgrading next year and I want my partner to have this phone so it’s important it works

thanks in advance for your help!

See here: iPhone Repair – Official Apple Support

If your iPhone was damaged and you don't have AppleCare+, your repair

fee will vary, depending on the repair, up to the out-of-warranty fee

below. These out-of-warranty prices are for repairs made by Apple. Apple

Authorised Service Providers may set their own fees.

You will need to take it in, to get a quote on the issue.

The most you can expect to pay for it is £ 396.44, but if its an easy fix, it should be much less than that.
