play saved music from files to bluetooth
A song was sent to me via text message, I was able to save it to FILES, how can I play it to a blue tooth device or can I save it to MUSIC?

If we understand correctly, you have a song saved to the Files app and you want to play it using Bluetooth. While you are not able to add it to the Music app, you can play the song from the Files app.
If you have the song stored in iCloud Drive you can play it from Files on the iPhone to a connected Bluetooth device. Make sure the Bluetooth device is selected as the output device when you try to play the song.
