Is the status light glowing continuously? Then the device has started up successfully and is in working condition. A reset wouldn’t change anything then. The status light would be flashing if it needed a reset or restore.
Users of the Apple TV 4K model can’ t restore this unit through a computer themselves. This has to be done by an Apple technician. You may make an appointment, if needed.
