Volume Mixer
Is there a volume mixer for where I can individually change the volume for currently playing media, alarms and timers, notification alerts, etc?

After reviewing your post, it appears that you'd like to change the volume on services that you use on your iPhone. We're glad to help with this.
Adjust the volume on iPhone -- There's only one volume setting that controls the level of sound. The only exception currently is for music and videos.
Feedback - iPhone -- If you'd like, you can request that Apple include this option in future iOS software version.
