Every time I open up Logic it always opens up this notification from when I had a Waves plugin demo (it has been expired for a while). It pops up before it asks me to choose a session to open. Not sure how to remove it from my plug in manager and if I try to go into my finder and ""/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components" " nothing shows up. I just want to get rid of this notification.
Waves plugins are in their own folder, and they are referenced by a Waveshell component in either the Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components folder, or the Users/"yourusername"/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components folder . The individual plugins live in the Applications/Waves/Plugins folder, or in the Users/"yourusername"/Applications/Waves/Plugins folder, so you'd have to remove them from there.
If you remove the Waveshell component, you will see none of the Waves plug-ins.

There are two Library folders. A system and a user Library. Look in both.
I assume you updated Logic to 10.5 or 10.5.1. You can find many posts in the forum about this issue.
In summary it is related to outdated or unsupported plugins. Find them, delete or upgrade them.

I tried the Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components and the Users/"yourusername"/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components. Both didn't work. But I ended up trying Applications/Waves and it brought me to the plugins folder. I deleted the problem plugin and now there's no more issues when opening. Thanks a lot!
