So I did the *#21# that shows you if your phone is tapped and when I did it it showed forwarding on all calls instead of disabled on everything. What can I do besides to reset my phone to fix this problem? Thank you.

from googling around, that code should somehow present the status of call forwarding for your number. I'm not going to try this myself.. but this link had some information.. including something that can be entered to disable all call forwarding

I have never heard of this myself. I am not sure if this will help you, but here in the USA, using Verizon Wireless, you can set call forwarding from your Verizon account. Either through Verizon Wireless website or the MyVerizon app.
That does not show if your phone is tapped anywhere in the world.
