Restoring information from backup

I am wondering if I can restore information from a Viber app that mistakenly deleted using my iCloud account.

iPad mini, iOS 12

Yes, providing you were backing up the data from that app to iCloud (Settings > Name > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud > was Viber on?). If it was on, then you can restore from a backup.

Make sure Viber is in the list of apps which is backing up via iCloud, if turned on you're good to go.
