Hello my iPhone 11 Pro Max ear speaker sounds like a big base coming out of when playing videos on all the platforms and music as well it started around a weeks ago when hold closer to the ear it feels like air is blowing out of the speaker?

I have done all the troubleshooting and when I reset the settings it work out perfect thank you so much!!!!
