iCloud Photos Uploading Issue

Only some photos from my iPhone have uploaded to iCloud and at the bottom of my photos it says "restore from iCloud paused", how can I get the photos on my phone to upload to iCloud?

I have the latest updates on both devices, data is turned on for photos, my phone is not in low power mode.

Photos to iCloud Hi, I’m having some trouble with trying to upload photos from my phone to iCloud, I have iCloud photos turned on and when I go to photos on my Mac at the bottom is says uploading x amount of photos with the option to pause however no photos seem to be transferring to iCloud despite trying this for 24 hours any ideas on how to get these photos across😰

To get your photos to upload to iCloud, make sure the device is plugged in and connected to WiFi.
