add family member

i have a mac desktop and apple ID but want to add my daughters new iphone to the account using a separate apple ID but under my family so i can access and control screen time, etc.. how do i do that

The Apple ID is the Account.

If you want to control screen time on her device from the Mac, you need to turn on Family Sharing and Invite her Apple ID to the Family Group.

then you can set up Screen Time through Family Sharing for her device: Use Screen Time on your child's iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
