Lost iphone 7 found who's the owner

The phone was all resettled or erased but can't find the owner I looked up the imei but still havent found the owner I've been trying to look for the owner but this phone was given to me by grandma who found it on the floor on her way home but she doesnt know who's it is either as the phone was just sitting there
