Password change?

When I switch to a different iPhone Apple told me I needed to change my password so I did thinking I would be able to change it back to my original one later. However when I went to do this it said this password can be easily guessed and did not have the option to “use anyway” and only has the option to “change password”. I tried changing the passcode a bunch of times really fast as well as waiting a while to see if it would time out so I could eventually use the passcode I want but nothing has worked. Does anyone know a way to change or bypass this prompt so I can have the password I want? Thanks in advance

Just for kicks, I tried changing my passcode to a 4 digit one (I've been using 6 digits for quite some time). When I select change passcode, I enter my current 6 digit code, then it prompts for a new passcode and it wants 6 digits.. but I have an option there called 'Passcode Options'. If I press this, I can select a 4 digit passcode from the list of options.

If that's not visible to you.. I'm not sure. Is this your phone? Or is it managed by your work or something?
