That usually means the iPhone or iPad is being shaken.

To disable that mechanism:

Accessibility > Touch > Shake to Undo

Stop asking if messages are junk. When deleting a message a second prompt comes up asking if I want to report the message as junk. How do I turn off this feature. It's annoying to have to confirm each deletion and I hardly ever get junk.
