Pending on Apple store HELP

I recently bought a MacBook Pro with the student discount and once I bought the item it says the transaction is pending.I used PayPal to buy the MacBook Pro and I didn’t get an order confirmation either nor did the money come out of my PayPal account. So I cancelled the order and tried again because i thought I didn’t match my name to my PayPal account yet i didn’t get a confirmation email. So I’ve lost hope and might go on eBay instead. Thanks Apple

Good job on cancelling them!

Contact PayPal to Remove Pending:

I would contact PayPal, and see if they can get this off of the "Pending" items list. Once it is off, proceed from there.

Call Apple Over-to-Phone:

This time, when you make an order, call Apple and have them run you through what you are purchasing. Try Screensharing your iPhone. Learn more here: Screenshare your iPhone with the Camera App Enabled to Easily Converse Over-the-Phone with Apple Support - Use Tips

Contact Apple Immediately - You might be charged twice - and I am sure you do not want that.

"Ok thanks,it’s much easier to buy it from Amazon or eBay but I won’t get the free AirPods with it,I wish it was much more simpler. Thanks again"

You are welcome.

Be wary of eBay and Amazon Scams:

If you purchase this off of the Internet (i.e. eBay or Amazon), be extremely cautious. Items are only usable in the country of original purchase. And, if not already signed out of, then you will not have access to iCloud. This is where the seller must go: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your Mac

Notes and Reference Sites on Phishing Scams:

If Scammed:

See if this disobeys the Terms & Conditions. If you cannot create an account on a used device, then this may be considered a scam. So, contact the site, and see if you can get a refund, and if the seller can be held accountable.
